Throughout his career as a chiropractor, Dr. Holst pursued advanced post-graduate education in the care and treatment of Whiplash injuries, Industrial Injury Prevention with BackSafe, and Body Balance for Performance, a golf-specific injury prevention and performance program.
Over the course of 5 years, he led a multi-discipline practice, overseeing a team of healthcare professionals encompassing chiropractors, physical therapists, and medical doctors, all dedicated to addressing musculoskeletal conditions with a particular focus on spinal health.
Over the past 2 years, Dr. Holst has perfected utilizing SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Technology to treat pain and heal. SoftWave TRT represents a unique form of shockwave therapy that delivers therapeutic energy in a diffused manner, ensuring tissue preservation unlike conventional shockwave treatments.
